How do I leave Apple Beta Software Program without having to restore my iOS device? My iPhone is currently running iOS 13.5 (17F75) and I have Software Update 13.6 Public Beta 2 which I won't install.

The only way to leave the beta without restoring is to unenroll the device from the beta and wait for an iOS version that is newer than the beta you are running to be released.
If you are running iOS 13.6, then you'll need to wait until 13.6.1 or 13.7 is released naturally and install that to leave the 13.6 beta.

Otherwise you need to restore the device and install the current publicly released version: 13.5.1
