Can the iPhone SE use a 10W wireless charger?

Yes, any of Qi-Certified Wireless Charging Pad. The iPhone itself regulates what percentage of power is pulled from a 10W capable source. Currently that is maximum 7.5W. The 10W simply refers to the maximum capability of the charger, not the phone. Most charger manufacturers want to sell one model charger for all Qi compatible phones. A 10W charger does that.
