How can I get deleted messages

If you’re using messages in iCloud, you cannot. With messages in iCloud, deletions are permanent.

Restore an iCloud backup, or Mac or Windows backup, from prior to the deletion.

That’ll obviously un-do any other changes made since the deletion, though.
