If you are subscribed to Hulu through your Apple ID / iTunes see here: Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support


Otherwise, if your account is directly with Hulu, access your account at the Hulu website and add your payment method there: https://help.hulu.com/s/article/update-payment-information?language=en_US
