Two phones and 1 iCloud Account

My wife and I both have the same Apple ID on our phones. I have an iCloud account on my iPhone. When I take photos with my phone, they also come up in my wife's phone. So she got a different Apple ID. Now my photos no longer show up on her phone. My wife would like to use my iCloud account to upload her photos to iCloud. We were told that up to 3 members of the family could use the same iCloud account. How can we do this, i.e., my wife's uploading her photos to my iCloud account despite having a different Apple ID? Thanks.

You and your wife should have separate Apple IDs. That is the preferred way. Otherwise you will have problems getting each others text messages, contacts, etc. With separate Apple IDs, you will both have your own iCloud storage areas to backup your iPhones, photos, etc. However, if you want to share Photos, see:

Use Shared Albums in Photos - Apple Support

or

If you want to share more than just photos, then see:

Thank you. We do have 2 separate Apple IDs. The problem is that her free iCloud is only 5 GB. I pay extra for mine and have 90 GB. I was told that I can share my iCloud account (which has 90 GB) with my wife. Currently, my wife has already used 4+ GB of her free iCloud account. I have lots of GBs left on my account. Is there a way for her to save her photos to my iCloud account with her Apple ID so that the photos that I take don't automatically show up on her iPhone. That happened when we had the same Apple ID. Thanks again for any assistance that you can give us. If it's not possible, then we'll bite the bullet and upgrade her iCloud to 90 GB. The monthly fee is not too bad.
