Why does the screen recording does not record the internal audio?

During playback of the screen recording in Photos make sure the sound isn't muted. If muted tap the Audio button to unmute. If you don't see the toolbar at the top of the screen tap the screen.

Try using a video editor such as LumaFusion to see if iPad’s system sounds were recorded on a separate audio track.
