In my iPhone storage 6S plus is there any way of reducing “other” as it now command over half of my storage capacity!

“Other” is taking over half of my storage space on my 6s+ iPhone! Any way of reducing it?

“Other” is not just junk, but all storage not otherwise included in the colored categories. It may, for example, include misc. files no longer in use, caches, previously streamed videos and music, etc. The easiest way of clearing Other is to Restart your device.

Almost all of my apps are now offline, and I have now almost “zero” memory space my phone. I have eliminated all photos, etc! I can’t even bring any apps online as my memory is 99.9 full! Help! Do I completely reset to original factory settings? Will I lose my passcodes, phone numbers files etc? Is the phone dying?
