What do I do when this happens but my side button is jammed?

So my friends phone has that screen with the computer and plug and it won’t come on. It says “ support.apple.com/iPhone/restore “ so I looked that up and it told me to press the volume up then down then the side button to fix it, but her side button is jammed so that won’t work. I need help on what to do.
