Does this include coviid tracking

Does update 13.5.1 include coviid 19 tracking?

So many features and updates, but I want to watch for there ever being a coviid 19 tracker

No. People who wish to participate in the tracing would need to separately download a tracking application for their region from the App Store and then enable it in the settings.

there is so much going on in today’s world and I definitely do not want to be tracked as well

Your cellular carrier is tracking the location of your device every minute it's turned on. That's true no matter what kind of phone you have.

That's how cellular networks function.
