I have a problem with hearing telephone calls on my iPhone XSMAX, can anyone give me some friendly advice other than throwing the phone in the garbage. I’ve had lots of problems in the past.

Has anyone had similar problems

Yes Apple store said I could replace the speaker for $400.00, but I took it to a independent company that Apple is now approving to fix iPhones for them ( google as companies are being used in lieu of Apple Stores ) they told me that was bad advice from Apple Store as you can replace the speaker but if that’s not the problem why spend all that money. In my case it was the grill that was plugged, you can’t unplug the grill yourself, plus there was a setting that was wrong on the data , which the normal person would not know and Apple did not know. They properly cleaned the grill that Apple Store did not do plus made adjustments to settings that Apple also did not know about. Don’t get me wrong, Apple is the best Company in the world For service but it depends on who your talking to at Apple, they don’t know everything about their own products and lots of times I get the wrong answers and have lots to learn. The iPhone XSMAX is a bad phone, that is why they cancelled the phone, was a very expensive phone with nothing but problems and no help. If you have any questions or answering please let me know at verne.sloan@gmail.com
