Service issue

Apple is very good in service but this time they did not help me in resolving my earphone issue

  1. What 'earphones' are you having issues with? Wired or wireless?
  2. What issues are you having with your earphones?
  3. What troubleshooting have you done?
  4. Anything else that you can think of that might help with your issue.
