someone picked up my AirPods Pro on the street and my phone shows where earphone location is When I just lost during the day. But not sure if it was long time no connecting so the earphone location is gone from find my app, so now find my App Cant be update New location .can I still ask apple support to find my earphone back with serial number ? Thank you for the support
