I tried the double tapping the numbers and it gave me the message “phone disabled try in one minute”
tried again same message this time “phone disabled try in five minutes”
what now?

Thanks for this. I was able to troubleshoot it from one of the other suggested comments from a previous inquiry from another user and it worked
