How can a restore data from

I believe that I accidentally deleted all the data from Notes stored in iCloud when trying to delete or deactivate an iPhone XR. On my second IPhone XR which is also backup to iCloud I cannot find any data under NOTES. I had over 100 entries stored in NOTES that I need. How can I restore the data back to my new IPhone XR or MacBook Pro?

Did you happen to delete the notes from the Deleted Folder in Notes? If so, they may be irretrievable but you can still try the following to see if it'll help - If you're missing notes on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support.
