Network Unavailable

I signed up for Apple TV+.I downloaded in on a TCL Roku smart TV and another Roku device connected to another


Now when i try to open the app i get the following message "Network Unavailable. There were errors with this connection" Both devices are connected to the internet with a strong signal. I have removed and re loaded the app multiple times. Beyond frustrated. Any suggestions?
