I am using safari as my main browser but since yesterday, youtube videos stopped working. It just appears as a black screen and if I click the video, it shows that an error occurred. But other video recommendations and comment sections are well loaded. It's only the video which is not getting loaded. And some videos are loaded. Some just works and some don't.
I tried using Chrome and it works well there. What could be the issue here?

Try setting up another admin user account in System Preferences/Users & Groups to see if the same problem continues. Please post back on whether or not this worked. Also try the Safe Mode. Please post back on whether or not this worked.
Isolating an issue by using another user account
If it works in the Safe Mode, try running this program when booted normally and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown. If the log won’t post, try posting it in Pastebin and provide a link in a reply. After pasting the report in a PasteBin page, go to the top of the page, and copy the address in the URL bar. Paste that in a new reply. Pastebin.

If other websites play video, it might be an issue with cached data from this specific website.

No, I don't use any anti-virus or VPN.
I created a new account and then try YouTube on it and it works, then I tried on the original account and it didn't work, after that I restart the pc and now YouTube work on the both accounts!
It is really a weird problem, but I think Youtube try to force us to stop using the extension Adblock :(
