The pictures are too small to clearly see what is going on with the screen. The top picture may be showing some distortion at the bottom of the screen. The bottom picture may be showing some distortion at the top of the screen. Not sure whether that is what you are seeing and asking your question about. The screen does not look as if it is zoomed in.
Can you try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple âž” How to Force ReStart your iPhone and see if that helps? If not then please provide more details on what you are seeing and why do you feel that it may need replacement. Thanks.
