Why am I being charged when I have a year warranty on my earpods. I received an email from support requesting payment to continue.
I spoke to support. Received an email requesting payment for replacement Why!! There is a 1 year warranty on them.

Depending on your location the one-year warranty only applies to manufacturing defects:

How do we know if it’s not a Manufactor’s defect. The ear piece only gives sounds I can’t talk from it. $79 is a lot for 1 replacement. I am asking to pay before you all even look at it.
