Can I back up my device through find my iphone? Or icloud?
I shattered the LCD screen making it impossible to back up using the device itself. I think there is a way to do it remotely but I can't figure it out.

There is no way to backup remotely. If the device will not power up or you can’t get into the the settings to initiate a backup, there is nothing that you can do.
