Hello, Nancyzepeda02.

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

I understand you're unable to get sound from your apps using Samsung earbuds. I'd like to help. Test using another pair of headphones if possible. Do you have any issues with other media such as calls?

To confirm, do you have sound without using the Bluetooth earbuds? If not, follow this article:

If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker

Do you know if the Samsung earbuds are compatible with the iPhone? Have you tried unpairing/pairing to see if that helps? Connect Bluetooth devices to iPhone

"Unpair a device

  1. Go to Settings , then tap Bluetooth.
  2. Tap  next to the device, then tap Forget This Device.

Pair a Bluetooth device

  1. Follow the instructions that came with the device to put it in discovery mode.
  2. Note: To pair AirPods, see Set up AirPods with iPhone.
  3. On iPhone, go to Settings , then tap Bluetooth.
  4. Tap the device in the Devices list to connect.

iPhone must be within about 33 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth device".

If this is strictly limited to the Samsung earbuds, then I'd suggest reaching out to Samsung for further help.

Cheers!
