I upgraded my storage from 5 to 50 on my I phone, doesn't that include my IPad? It shows the 50 in the storage setting, but keep getting message my storage is almost full.

Sometimes it takes a while for the change to propagate to all devices. To force an update, you can try logging out, then back into your Apple ID account (must be the same on both devices), or just restart the device.

Are you confusing buying iCloud storage with the physical storage on your device? There is no way to add memory to an iPhone/iPad. A 32 GB iPhone/iPad will be 32 GB forever. When you upgrade iCloud storage to the 50 GB plan, you are adding space to iCloud for backup data only.
