Disputing a transaction
Hi, I'd like to know how to dispute a transition in apple pay if I'd sent to a wrong person/number?
Please let me know!

If they will not send it back it is stealing.
You cannot be refunded by Apple if you are scammed. There is no buyer protection for Apple Cash. You must report it to the police and report it here - Get Support. If you are scammed on social media (Facebook/Instagram, etc..) you need to report it to them also.
