bootcamp assistant selecting of tasks

My MBP 2014 is not having the tongue for me to install windows 10 on boot camp. anyone knows how to fix this

Bootcamp assistant cannot be used. this mac does not support boot camp WHY?? and how can i make it work? why would/could it not work?!? Have a 2010 Mac Pro running the latest version of 10.14.6 Looking to install Windows 10. When I try to open Boot Camp assistant I get the statement: "Boot Camp Assistant cannot be used. You must update your system software before using this setup assistant." Not sure what I need to update. Have run software update and do not need a firmware update. mac pro mid 2010 ver 10.14.6 Mojave processor 3.33ghz 6-core intel 32 GB memory graphics card amd radeon HD 7xxx 2GB any thoughts? Can you run a SMC and NVRAM Reset and test?
