Iphone hacked

Both iphone 7plus and XS Max were hacked. It's kind of remotely hack. These are what I encountered

  1. The hacker can screenshot my message conversation (WhatsApp, iMessage/Message, Viber, Telegram etc)
  2. The hacker can delete my message
  3. The hacker can retrieve all my photo in album (even in hidden and recently deleted)
  4. The hacker can delete/edit my contact

How do I know my phone was hacked?? Because my message & conversation were sent to my friends (as snapshot) . Message deleted. My album photo also sent to my friends (as snapshot). Contact is gone (disappeared)

I have tried changing Apple ID password but it does not work.

Reinstall the macOS Anew. Putting the "virus" controversy aside, it should work like new once installed.

Perform the following in the order provided:

I. If it applies: Back up your Mac with Time Machine - Apple SupportAlso, write down or take a photo of all of your Applications - you will need to reinstall them all later, by contacting the Developer(s) of the app(s). Ask them for a new install key.

Then...

II. Reinstall the macOS Anew:

  1. Boot: into Recovery Mode.
  2. Open: Disk Utilities
  3. Delete: the partition
  4. Reinstall: the macOS

Once Installed Anew...

III. Reinstall All the Software:

  1. Use Migration Assistant to move Apps a Files back in.
  2. Ask developers for new software keys- but contact the developers only --- none other --- or you may end up with malware and spyware installed

iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to latest iOS/iPadOS, unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious softwares or unauthorised apps directly from internet and installed on your device or/and have Jail Broken.

It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable informations of your iPhone such as Passcode, Password etc with your friends and family members.

Be careful when sharing the device's sensitive and valuable informations with friends and family members.

Thanks for sharing. Both phones I have 13.5.1 IOS version installed and no jailbreak.

I do not have any other software or unauthorized app installed, and all my apps were downloaded from AppStore.

Interested part is i keep changing my passcode and AppleID but the hacker still can remotely to my phone and screenshot my message, screenshot my photo and edit/delete my contact.. I wonder what the hacker had done to my phones...
