Contacts Issue

I have a weird problem...I setup all my contacts on an ipad and then synced them to my icloud account...everything worked great...when I try to sync them from icloud to my iphone the only contacts that show up on my iphone are the ones that do not have a street address added to them...

is this a known issue???any suggestions on how to get contacts that have a street address to sync with my iPhone? I have a 2016 iPhone SE running 13.5.1

thanks

So I just figured out a workaround for my problem...I logged in to my icloud account and changed the address field from "home" to "other" and that contact showed up on my iPhone...so it looks like it may be a bug that needs to be reported...as long as the contact has an address listed as "other" instead of "home" it syncs...go figure :-)
