When I send MMS to someone, it always shows MMS messaging need to be enabled. But, there is no option for MMS in iMessage setting. There is also problems in FaceTime. When I enter a name or phone number, I can’t tap any contacts below. The audio and video options appear only when I use comma before typing name e.g ,James.I can’t also tap audio or video options. What should I do?I try all ways from internet websites.

I see that you're having trouble sending MMS messages and you're unable to select contacts in FaceTime.
The option for turning on MMS messaging can be found by going to Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging. If you don't see this option, contact your carrier to see if your plan supports MMS.
For the issue with FaceTime, try restarting the device: Restart your iPhone. Also, updating may help: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. If you're still having trouble, try deleting the FaceTime app and then downloading it again. Since FaceTime is an iOS app, these are the steps you'll want to use for redownloading the app: Delete built-in Apple apps on your iOS 12, iOS 13, or iPadOS device or Apple Watch - Apple Support.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve tried all the ways you said and spent my times for those problems. It didn’t fix. Now, I’m so much disappointed. I contacted my carrier from Viber as they are in another city. In my town there’s no Apple serviceman. My iOS version is the latest version. Do you have any solutions?
