Invisible Character Pages for Ipad

I have a 15000 word doc over 44 pages. I need to use Pages for Ipad v10.0. I have to rearrange the ‘returns’. I need to use find and replace. I have tried to select a return , copy and paste like others have suggested for Pages for Mac but this inserts a space. Some time ago I read that there was a key combination ’/x’ Where x is a keyboard character and put into the find spot will find the returns (pilcrows).

Can anyone please tell me what x needs to be

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

You are probably thinking about \n , which can be used in some apps to replace that kind of thing. Doubt it works in ipad pages, but you can always try.

You might also try Word for iPad, which may have more capabilities. In the end I suspect you may well have to do your editing with a full word processor on a full computer.
