My girlfriend had an iphone and an apple watch series 4 nike 44mm and she changed to andifferent phone and gave me her apple watch but the thing is that she doesnt remember the passcode for it and also her apple id

She will need to recover her Apple ID to remove the activation lock.
There is not way to bypass the activation lock. Unless she can remove it, the device is useless.
