Facetime on desktop?

Helping my sister who just got a new webcam (mic on her MacBook is dead). She can initiate a Facetime call on her MacBook, BUT can't seem to receive one. I had her turn OFF the pref for "calls from iphone." Either way, no luck. She is on the latest Catalina if that may make a difference.

facetime calls Hello everyone, Ever since i upgraded to the Ventura system on my mac, i have had a recurring facetime problem. If i have an incoming facetime call, it will ring on my mac but the picture/pick up button does not appear. I also cannot open the facetime app. However, it does ring normally on my phone and i am able to answer. Once i answer, i then have to transfer the call to my mac. it's cumbersome to say the least. FaceTime call with more than 2 person through my mac Hello! I can't make a Facetime call with more than 2 person through my mac. At the same time this is possible through my iphone. Thanks in advance.
