On iCloud storage it shows 3 of my (kids’) phones ARE BOT USING storage!? How do I fix that ?

On iCloud storage it Shows that 3 of my ( kids) phones ARE NOT SHARING the 200GB plan I have for the Family! How do I Fix it so they are using the storage?

Did you invite them? Are you sharing with more than 6 individuals?
