Payment Refund

Sending this message for you to just inform you regarding on using this App which is PicsArt.

Actually I downloaded this App a month ago. And then before I downloaded this App using APPSTORE, it says that there’s a payment for this App after the Free Trial. So I registered my GCASH account ( 09157191168 ) for the payment.

BUT, after that Free Trial I Uninstalled the App which is the PicsArt.

But suddenly yesterday My account in GCASH charged the amount of the payment for this App a total of Php1,050.00.

My question is, how can I refund that amount that is Charged to my GCASH Account. Because I just uninstalled the App after the Free Trial.

Once a free trial expires you cannot cancel the resulting subscription just by deleting the app. You must cancel the subscription properly from within your account details subscription details. Until you cancel the subscription properly, you will continue to be charged for each time the subscription renews.

Hi!


I already cancel my subscription thru my AppleID.


But after I request for the cancellation of that subscription, I requested for the Refund. 

But again the problem is, it says that they’ve not determined that my purchase does not meet the condition for my request of Refund. 


Why is that so? Can you please help me more about my Refund process?
