Locate Missing I-Pad

My I-pad is still listed as among my devices on my I-Cloud acct. ,

but my I-phone does not have it listed in FindMy.

(I'm pretty sure I downloaded FindMy on I-pad.)

Any other geolocation options available to me?

Its probably not charged and its been 2 weeks since last use.

The device must be charged and connected to the internet. Otherwise it can send no signal identifying its location.
