Remove billing address from Apple pay on Mac

Recently i paid for something on my mac by apple pay. I didn't look at the billing address but realised it was an old address when the email receipt came through.

The issue is that i do not have the address used by apple pay on any of my apple devices, it is not listed in the billing address section of the card on my phone and it is not in any contacts card.

I wish to delete the address (and several other incorrect ones), but i can not find a way

As the address is not anywhere i can find on any apple device i can only assume that this is in the cloud or on apple servers. I have checked my apple account and the address is not there either and has never been used there.

The next time i used apple pay on my mac i realised that i can select which billing address to use- but i can not delete the ones that i will never use.

Again these addresses appear nowhere in the wallet section on my phone - my mac is a Late 2015 model so there is no wallet app on my mac. The addresses are not in my contacts, and not in my apple account. I can not find where they are being pulled from. The only time i see them is on my mac when using apple pay.

I have found the answer, purely by chance

When paying on the mac there is no option to delete or edit the list of billing address - there is simply a pull down menu to choose from, with the incorrect addresses on.

However when i paid from my iPad (presumably iPhone is the same) there is an edit button. This allows to you to delete the incorrect addresses. So in this case i deleted the address in this way, then next time when using my Mac the incorrect addresses were gone also.

Hopefully they are gone permanently. I'll keep an eye out.

I just ran into this issue. I noticed when I tried to pay with Apple Pay that my mother's address was listed as a second address. However, in the Wallet & Apple Pay settings across all my devices, only my address was listed as the billing and shipping address.

It bothered me not knowing how it ended up being listed or how to remove it.

I found your response and deleted the address!
