Photos randomly disappeared?

I opened my photo app and none of my photos are there anymore, in my iPhone storage it says I have 6 gb of photos and there’s only 3 in there and then there’s a lot of storage usage in my iCloud photos as well, in the actual iCloud they are there but my normal photos there’s nothing. Any idea how to fix?
