hi I have purchased 2 new device this year and the year before it. I have seen that when I purchase a new device I automatically get a 1 year free Apple TV as soon as I enter for the first time. I haven't seen it at any of my apple devices. I will be happy if you will help me with that. Thanks

You have three months after first setting up your device to take advantage of your free year of Apple TV+. Devices from longer ago are not eligible.
If you are eligible for the free trial, you should have a blue button on the Apple TV app, that encourages you to "enjoy one year free".
No one ever told me that. I have purchased a new ipad few months ago and I didn’t know it till now. Why should it be 3 months? Why shouldn’t it be as soon as you open the app for the first time ?
i would expect from Apple to act better than that.
