iCloud and Apple ID
my ipad is listed under devices when i sign in to appleid.apple.com but not when i sign in to icloud. How do i add it to icloud?

Are you signing in to iCloud on a computer, and what browser are you using? Your devices should be all displayed at iCloud.com > Account Settings.
