locked ipad with new passcode

my new passcode does not work on my old ipad. Is this fixable?

Where did you set up this new passcode? If you didn't set it up on the device you're trying to use it on, you need to use the passcode that was used on that device.


If you are now locked out of the iPad or it is disabled, you will have to erase the iPad using your home computer with iTunes, following the directions in this link --> If you forgot the passcode on your iPad, or your iPad is disabled - Apple Support
