swift playground for Mac

Swift Playground is an interactive development environment that you previously allowed Xcode to generate for you. The only downloadable versions (Mac App Store) require minimally, macOS Catalina 10.15.3, or iOS 13.1. The last version of Xcode (and inherently, an associated Swift playground) that you can use on Sierra is version 9.2.

It's Apple, & it requires 10.15 or 10.14 maybe.
