Hello im_a_junky_phoner,

I see that you're running into an issue with syncing your iPhone 11 to your computer due to the cable connection type. I can understand wanting information on how to get this to work. To be sure, what type of cable connection do you need? I ask because the tech specs for the iPhone 11 show that it comes with a Lightning to USB Cable. If the computer does not accept a USB connection, what type of connection is needed/required?

Once these details are provided, others in the Apple Support Communities may be able to offer more options and information.

Cheers!

im_a_junky_phoner,

I appreciate you providing information about your cable purchase. From where did you purchase that cable? Do you still have access to the cable that came in the box with your iPhone? If you still have that access, do you encounter the same issue with that cable?

If you do not have access to the cable that came in the box with the iPhone, do you have access to any Apple-branded iPhone cable?

Do you get an error when you connect the iPhone to the PC? If so, what does the error say?

Best regards!
