It won’t charge
It’s hard to charge my phone have to be moving the charger and the charger is good because I have use it with other phone

Force Restart the phone:
- Press and quickly release Volume UP button
- Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
- Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF)
See if that helps address the charging issue. If NOT then try using another charging cord and also clean out the lightning port.
