iPhone won't turn on

my iPhone XR is flashing the apple logo and not turning on and I don't have a Mac to plug it into help me!!!!!!

Try and Force ReStart Your iPhone as instructed in this article by Apple ➔ How to Force ReStart your iPhone. If that does not work then -
Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps. (This one will require you to use a computer. It can be a Windows or a macOS computer)
