Apple watch series 3

Recently I have purchased apple watch series 3, i am feeling heavy pain in the hand (from wrist to shoulder) while wearing this watch. i have doubt, Is there any problem with this device or any other problem?

You should go to your doctor. Take the Apple Watch. Take a copy of the following information

just in case it is allergy related.


It is possible that Apple Watch just happens to press on a nerve and that is the problem.
