Thunderbolt 3 Cables

I have purchased 2 new External 1TB G-Drives SSD Drives 2800 MB/s Data Transfer Speed. The MacBook is really sensitive with the cables I use as well the power these drive take. So I had to buy a self powered usb HUB. Now the Mack Book won’t read the drives because of the wire from usb hub to Mac which is a USB B (printer) to Usb C it came with the device. Does anyone know or could recommend a cable that is USB B to Thunderbolt 3 C exist? I’m kinda done buying stuff that says it will work and then it doesn't only to return it the next day and try another recommended product.
