Apple Pay Receipt Option

Is there an update in the works for Wallet App on iPhone to include photo option so that you can snap a picture or scan barcode of receipts, items etc., to include it in the transaction info?? I use my phone all the time to pay for everything from groceries to restaurants and do most bills online, and most of the time I wish I could see receipts in my transaction info. Just a thought for you Apple. Thank you!!
