Sim card activation
Please tell me the process of activate a sim card on iPad 2.

If you set up a cellular data plan at your local carrier, then the SIM card will be already activated.
Nothing to do on your iPad, except inserting that SIM card, and set up your iPad as per these instructions:--> Set up cellular data service on your Wi-Fi + Cellular model iPad - Apple Support
