Had it been shipped? Assuming you ordered directly from Apple, they don't actually charge your credit card until the device ships. If you had already received it and you returned it for refund, that can take up to several days for a credit to process through your credit card.

My guess however, would be no. If you cancelled the order a credit request goes to the credit card company. The money isn't returned immediately, but the process has been initiated. I believe you'll have to treat this as two different transactions.
Then check with your credit card company. It usually takes a week to 10 days for a credit to fully process.
