Managing this Occurrence:
Be certain you are connected to the Internet. Also, remove the eMail address and then move it back. It’s probably a synchronization issue - one that has to do with IP Address.
When adding the eMail account back in, use a new app password. Finally, contact your eMail provider, seeing if they are having this issue provided by other users - it could be that the eMail provider is not available in your location.
