i restored my phone to get it out of recovery mode and it still goes back to recovery mode

how do i fix this? should i just send it in or am i missing something?

We would recommend going through the steps outlined in the Apple Support article If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. This article will have you check for updates on your system, as well as a few other items before going through the recovery restore process again.


If that still does not get your phone out of recovery mode, you'll want to reach out to Apple Support directly after that: Contact Apple Support.
