is the back to school deal offering refurbished mac?

I bought a new MacBook 2020 a few days ago with the back to school deal, but there are existing screenshot in the MacBook itself ??? then is this a refurbished mac ? What should I do? I don't know how I'm feeling about this right now... I called in a few times and no advisor ever picked up after the voice recorded questions. I'm really lost...

So when you buy a M1 iMac do you receive components that are the same as current production or just replacements of the original parts that prematurely failed (the reason for being refurbished)?
