Internet passwords

Hello,

So i logged out of my icloud on my iphone and logged into someone else’s icloud to check if their passcode works (which it did). I then went on to log into my icloud again, however, my safari passwords are no longer there. i’ve tried everything on the internet in terms of turning on autofil and the ensuring passwords are to save but I literally can’t get my passwords back. PLEASE help. I also updated my phone this morning to the latest ios.
